In the debut episode of Conversation Corner, Kimberly highlights examples of ADHD across various media channels, including film, literature, music, and news platforms. In an educational segment, she defines ADHD and provides brief research on its biological effects on the brain. With a nuanced perspective and passion-fuelled critique, Kimberly discusses how certain stereotypes, tropes, and rhetoric in media influence the public perception of neurodivergent people in society.
EP. 2: an atypical adventure - My adhd diagnosis story

In the final episode of Conversation Corner, Kimberly is joined by licensed psychotherapist and CEO of Gray Matter Health, Marci Gray, in virtual space. The two dive into various topics as Kimberly inquires about how ADHD differs in children vs. adults, the diagnosis process in Canada, treatment options, and the validity of self diagnosis. The conversation draws a bold line between awareness and education, wrapping up an education-centred series with a professional insight right from the source.
